100% Gamay. The robe is vibrant, the bouquet floral and fresh, with ahint of minerality. Tasting the earthiness comes only after being enveloped by a delicious extraction of cassis and red ripe cherries. Relatively light in its structure, with well balanced acidity - this wine does not lack concentration. Finish with soft tannins, and spicy notes. Ideal with: Spanish tapas, pate maison, or cold poultry.
