100% Merlot. Complex nose, with perfumey plum and black cherry fruit. Supple and polished palate, with good intensity, depth, and chalky tannins that show through on the finish, along with a touch of cedar and herb. Velvety and focused. Ideal with: Filet Mignon, au poive, or a sauved veal chop.
