Menota's Sauternes' have a pronounced and aromatic nose, fresh, clean with hints of tropical fruit, grapefruit and honey. Full bodied, luscious wine with hints of peaches and spices on the palate accompanied by a slight orange peel twist, on a long lingering finish. Ideal with: foie gras, Chawanmushi, and ricotta cheese cake.
