100% Muscadet. This wine exhibits a distinct mineral taste and is rich and evocative, with ripe nectar and citrus, a gorgeous mineral core and a lingering mandarin-orange finish. The vineyard stretches for 30 hectares, inherited from several generations of vine growers and handed down from father to son since the 17th century. Ideal with: Oysters, sashimi, or ostrich tartare.
