Gerard Millet arrived at the domaine in 1984. He decided to take care of 2 hectares of the family estate in 1987. They created the domaine , house and cellar , between 1993 and 1996. Steve Millet arrived at the domaine in 2013 and now works with his father for the entire production.

The grapes are carefully selected in the cellar, then placed in a stainless steal vat to process the alcoholic and mace ration for 3 weeks. The malo-lactique fermentation is systematically done. Then a one year aging is made in stainless steal vat.
